Sri Lankan Speciality Entrees

Biriyani
Choices - Chicken/Mutton/Prawn/ Seafood/ Vegetarian

An aromatic combination of Saffron and herb Flavored rice, meat and vegetables.


Lamprais

A Dutch influenced "special occasion" dish of flavored rice served with meat/ Seafood/ Soya curry,  a cutlet, boiled Egg, ash plantains & fried eggplant pickle baked in a low oven after it is wrapped in a banana leaf to give this dish a unique flavor


String Hopper / Pittu Kotthu

String Hoppers (rice noodles) or Pittu, stir fried with onion, tomato, cabbage and egg.


Kottu Roti
Choices - Chicken/Mutton/Prawn/ Seafood/ Vegetarian

A Sri Lankan road-side specialty prepared from doughy pancakes shredded and stir fried with vegetables, onion and egg.
